Home Income Adds Time for Family & Friends

Hi there!
It's been another interesting day here. I love being able to relax and chat with friends and not have to worry about my time. As i've started getting a little older, it's started to sink in to me that friendships and family are the dearest parts of life, and i need to do all i can to cherish those people and this time in my life and in theirs. I'm sure you've heard the line that when someone is told that they only have a little while left to live, that they never say 'Wow, i wish i'd spent more time at the office'. It's always that they wish they had spent more time doing what they loved, with family and friends.

I'm very lucky and very blessed to be able to do this because of my ability to make money at home. As i share more and more with others, and improve THEIR lives, mine also improves. I'm making more GREAT friends, and sharing home income opportunities with them, so that their life will improve :o) They will be able to spend more time with their families and friends also, and we all become more of an 'extended family' :o) And i LOVE that.

I've been doing blogging about my Ebay auctions and store, and i will continue to do that... giving additional information about products that i'm selling. Part of the reason i'm selling those products is also a service to others, because they are #1 Shopping Channel brands like Spanx, Breezies, Quacker Factory, Denim & Co., Susan Graver, and Dialogue... but they are discounted at a GREAT price. Most have been tried on, but many of them still have their hang tags attached even.. and i'm able to sell them for anywhere from 50-75% less than what they sell for on the Shopping Channel :o) That is a GREAT deal, and let's face it... women LOVE clothes, they want to look GREAT, but for the least possible cost.

Breezies are one of the best brands for foundational garments, and i carry a full range of sizes in bras. The thing that makes them more special than your average bra is the UltimAir lining. It will wick moisture from your body, thus keeping you cooler and drier than most other items on the market.

Spanx, well, Spanx are Spanx :o) Again, one of the BEST foundational items on the market today. They are shapers made BY women, FOR women. Who knows better how to give a woman great style and shaping, than a woman :o)

Fashion comes and goes... the great style of items by Dialogue and Susan Graver never leave, because they aren't simply 'fashion'... they are the style of today, that you will still reach for tomorrow :o) And of course COMFORT is what resonates with the name Denim & Co. Again, they are items that are styled with a long wear-life guaranteed. Then there's Jeannie and her Quacker Factory with CUTE! CUTE! styling and flair that is guaranteed to get you 2nd and 3rd looks, just because of all the applique', beading, and sequins that she adds for the 'FUN' and 'WOW' factor. It just kind of adds an extra dimension to your wardrobe :o)

I've just recently added Avon back to my Home Income options. Avon is ALWAYS about value and great products. I started selling Avon originally back in about '92 or '93. I had to take a break from it due to some family issues, but now that i have the opportunity again, i'm adding it right back in just because of those two reasons... VALUE and GREAT PRODUCTS.

Avon's Anew product line has made incredible technological advances in the last few years. I loved the product when it first came out... i love it MORE now. The Advanced Wrinkle Corrector? FABULOUS. I use the 'over 50' line of products... i can't believe i'm this YOUNG!! HA! But i'm glad i've got a great line of products that will continue to help me look my very best for many, many more years.

The Skin So Soft line also continues to add more products and IMPROVED products!! I never imagined that you'd be able to improve on Skin So Soft!! :o) But they've continued to update their packaging, and add more products. They're FABULOUS!!

I don't want to make this a 'book' :o) I will keep adding to this and i'm adding some more work at home income opportunities also. So i hope you will follow along with me. Both Ebay and Avon offer extra money for anyone who's looking for that extra edge, and who wants to help others while improving their own lives. I have BIG goals :o) I want to be able to help women of abusive situations and also those coming out of prisons, i want to be able to help with animal shelters... i'd love to be able to work closely with a feline no-kill shelter, possibly providing care and space for animals :o) Both are really close to my heart, both need love and care.

Silhouettes, Shopping Channel, & Avon.. OH MY!

It's been awhile since i took the time to sit down and write here but i'm going to try to get back into the habit again, of sharing information. I had started down the road with this blog, to just work with mainly women's plus size clothing and issues that pertain to it. Since i'm SUCH a newbie at this, it's hard for me to know exactly what line to take, so i'm going to continue in this direction and see where it takes me.

It's very hard to find plus size clothing it seems like, that is stylish, AND affordable. There are also several size ranges in 'plus size clothing'. What i sell are considered 'true' plus sizes, which are slightly larger than many of the more off brand sizing and styles. Shopping Channel clothing and Silhouettes both have generous sizing. When you're shopping places like Ebay, be sure to watch garment measurements. Some brands do vary slightly in their sizing, and i ALWAYS measure items as i'm listing them. I try VERY hard to be accurate in descriptions AND measurements, so you will know what you're bidding on BEFORE you bid or Buy It Now. It makes for MUCH smoother auctions and an overall better buyer experience. Any time there is a question, please ALWAYS send a question thru 'Ask Seller', and i will get back with you just as quickly as i can on whatever the issue is.

About Me, i do want my buyers to always know that i'm here for them, for whatever issues arrise. I enjoy happy buyers :o) and i know it takes great customer service to have happy customers. More Bang for your Buck

Hello again :o)

I thought today i would bring you a little more information about who I am, and what you'll find at Nubbin's Collection. First, about me. My name is Terri Brown and i live in a rural area near the very small town of Wagoner, Oklahoma. I originally began this journey with Shopping Channel favorites back in '01, after a very bad marriage and divorce. I had moved back to the home where i had grown up after a short time in the St. Louis area. Since i live so far from any kind of city, i decided i needed to find a way to make a living from home. When i found that a friend was selling on Ebay, tho i'd had no experience AT ALL, with internet sales... really very little with the internet at all! i decided i would check it out and see if i could learn the system :o) Thus, by trial and error, Nubbin's Collection was born. Nubbin had been my small, furry kitty son :o) Because of the way i talked to, and about him, all my friends had kidded me about being 'Nubbin's mom', a title i wore proudly :o) So, it was kind of natural for my store then, to be Nubbin's Collection. I was heart broken when shortly after moving home here, i found a lump on one of his shoulders. It was cancer :o( I was devestated when i lost the one who had been such a constant companion thru a really hard time in my life. His memory lives on thru my store, and tho i have other kitties now, i still carry the name, Nubbin's Mom :o)

So... that's a little of my history. From there, i've started learning more and more about Ebay, i'm trying to learn about Pro Stores now also, and exploring other internet income options. I've learned that customer service IS my business. I've learned that it doesn't matter how much pretty or cool merchandise you have and sell... if you don't take care of your customers, you will be Out Of Business. So... i go out of my way to try to make every sale, big or small, important. I package everything as carefully as i can, i do my best to make sure that listings are acurate, and if somehow, i do make a mistake, i always gladly make the situation as right as i possibly can, as quickly as i possibly can. I believe in communicating with my customers, and i hope that they will communicate with me.

About the Shopping Channel items that i sell... i check the pieces carefully, and i measure each one so that you, my customer, will know exactly what the actual size of the garment is, regardless of what the size tag reads. Sizing varies so from brand to brand, that here online where you can't try a piece on, the next best thing is checking the actual measurements. Each piece is measured, i don't just go by the 'approximate size' given by the Shopping Channel itself. Because of this, i don't normally take returns... tho there are exceptions. You will always get a fair transaction in dealing with me. My most popular brands are probably Breezies, Denim & Co., and Quacker Factory right now, tho i carry all the Shopping Channel brands. Brands that sell from #1 Home Shopping Channel

Hi everyone, I'm a little slow getting another entry made here, but wanted to get back to it : ) There are several really good brands that sell well from the #1 Home Shopping Channel. One of the more interesting ones is Quacker Factory by Jeanne Bice. She has a knack for original designs, and they're always sparkly with rhinestones, sequins and beads along with interesting applique' and stitching. Brand Favorites - Breezies

Hi everyone!

I've been selling on Ebay now for about 6 years. People have kept telling me that i need to create a blog for sharing information about some of our brand favorites. So... i thought i would start with some information on Breezies. Breezies bras are some of the most comfortable on the market. They have wonderful styling, many designs, and all have an UltimAir lining that is only available in the Breezies brand. It is designed to wick moisture away from your body, for a drier, cooler, more comfortable fit and wearing experience.
